House Rules

• The property, rooms and grounds are oriented towards couples relaxation, children are not allowed.
• Smoking is not permitted in the rooms or in the adjacent areas.
• We love pets and we will be glad to share Toffee and Carajillo with you but outside animals are not allowed.
• Quite hours begin at 10:00PM. Bachelor and Hen parties are not permitted.
• We reserve the right of admission and permanence in the property
• We are not responsible for personal injuries or for your property damage (including vehicles) caused inside or outside our facilities.

• Please read our cancellation policy carefully before agreeing.

•  7 Day Cancellation Policy (applies to single room reservation)
  
• Travelers who cancel 7 days or MORE before 6:00 PM PST on the day of check-in are charged no fee.
• Travelers who cancel LESS than 7 days before 6:00 PM PST on the day of check-in (INCLUDING NO SHOWS) are charged full price.

• 15 Day Cancellation Policy (applies to multiple rooms reserved)
• Travelers who cancel 15 days or MORE before 6:00 PM PST on the day of check-in are charged no fee. On day 15 (or within 48 hours) you are required to pay the full amount via an emailed payment link. Failure to make the payment will result in immediate cancellation.

• We reserve the right to charge the credit card on file for a deposit of 100% after the free free cancelation policy expires.
